We very much welcome beginners [Creative Directors] wishing to develop long-term collaborations and partnerships with serious [Creative Artists] and establish their business professionally

While we are delighted to collaborate with up-and-coming creative direction talents, introducing them to team members we spent time energy and valuable resources into building, we would like to stress out that we reserve the right to terminate any started engagement (previously agreed on) should we believe that the behaviour or attitude of our newcomers collaborators does not match our team expectations, decorum or integrity.

During a [CRAFT INTRO] session,  
Bijou in person or a senior team member appointed by [Alacarte Model Agency] / AIMs Creatives London is present to observe the way a trainee artists or beginner manages his/her creative session
Purpose been to assess whether a potential short or long-term collaboration with the [Creative Directors] can be a fruitful partnership or not.

Many agencies and organisation in London are reluctant to give the chance to up-and-coming talent.  From experience it can easily turn into chaotic situations, mainly due to many [up-and-coming talents] lack of experience, professional decorum or simply maturity. Organisation in the right frame of mind especially in the current state of the UK would agree to waste time and money trying to help young talent rise to the job.

Therefore it is the most responsibility of any any invited talents to demonstrate solid self-motivation as well as initiative when given the rare opportunity to team-up with any of our creatives team

Finally we hope you can appreciate the opportunity and in return create a video testimonial video (preferably) sharing your experience with our global clients, audience and partners.
